SALES MEETINGS

Donald developed the overall theme for the 2012 Olympus ENT National Sales Meeting.  He scripted the opening video, managed the video production vendor, oversaw the editing and finalization of the video and ran the backstage production
at the event.  In addition, he also managed the production of PowerPoint templates, themed posters and other related materials to ensure that the entire event connect to the theme throughout.  The event was a huge success and it was well received by
both sales and upper management. In response to the success of this concept
future meetings became much more creative and engaging across all the Olympus business groups.
